Mr. Idris AlZakari brings over 20 years of executive and advisory experience across defense, aerospace, technology, and government transformation sectors. He has led major strategic initiatives, corporate turnarounds, and localization programs in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and has overseen industrial and investment portfolios exceeding SAR 1.5 billion. Mr. Idris Al Zakari has held several prominent leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Vice President of Transformation and Project Management in both public sector (Ministry of Defense) and Saudi companies in private sector and BAE Systems. Mr. Idris AlZakari spearheaded many initiatives such as enterprise restructuring, operational optimization and high-value joint ventures in defense manufacturing and localization. Mr. Idris AlZakari also played a central role in developing Saudi Arabia’s defense transformation roadmap, including governance frameworks and strategic procurement models and partnerships with leading global defense manufacturers. Mr. AlZakari holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and completed the “Emerging Leaders Program” at BAE Systems (United Kingdom).
