Mr. Fahad Bushager has 20 years of professional and executive expertise in investment banking, alternative investments (private equity & real estate), corporate finance, and structuring and executing cross border transactions . He has successfully completed fundraising, advisory, and investment transactions with cumulative size of 22 billion Saudi Riyals in the GCC markets, United Kingdom, Southeast Asia and USA. Mr. Fahad Bushager has served in several positions as Chairman of the Board of Directors and a Member of the Board of Directors in several private sector companies in the GCC and Middle East and North Africa region. Mr. Fahad Bushager has held previously several leadership positions, including Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Head of Investments Coverage for GCC markets, and Head of Investments in several investment companies licensed by the Capital Market Authority (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), the Central Bank of Bahrain (Kingdom of Bahrain), the Central Bank of UAE and the Securities and Commodities Authority (United Arab Emirates), and the Labuan International Business and Finance Centre (Malaysia). Mr. Fahad Bushager holds an Executive Master’s in Islamic Finance from the General Council for Islamic banks Financial Institutions (CIBAFI) in the Kingdom of Bahrain, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the American University of Sharjah (AUS) in the United Arab Emirates ; beside several professional qualifications from Bahrain Institute for Banking & Finance (BIBF) in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Certified Islamic Banker (CIB) from General Council for Islamic banks Financial Institutions (CIBAFI) and CME-1 from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Corporate Finance Technical Foundations (CME-5) from the Charted Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
