Mr. Badr Al Musaibeh possesses nearly 20 years of professional and executive experience in investment management, capital markets, and corporate strategy focused in the Saudi financial sector. He has successfully led and executed investment restructuring and advisory transactions across multiple asset classes with a cumulative value exceeding SAR 5 billion. Throughout his career, Mr. Badr Al Musaibeh has held leadership positions at prominent investment firms and family offices, contributing to strategic growth and organizational turnaround; for which; he has served as Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at licensed capital market institutions (CMIs) and holding groups in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His roles have included oversight of capital markets, asset management, portfolio development, as well as leading business transformations and strategic planning. Mr. Badr Al Musaibeh has also participated as a board member in various companies across diversified sectors, including industrials, real estate, and technology. Mr. Badr Al Musaibeh holds a bachelor’s degree in media and public relations from King Abdulaziz University (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) and has completed several executive education programs at Harvard Business School in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Strategic Investment and New Venture Launch. In addition, he holds multiple professional certifications, including the (CME-1) from the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul market qualifications.
