Mr. Ahmad Nasralla brings over 18 years of executive and professional expertise in investment management, private equity and structured finance; with deep expertise in fund structuring, regulatory licensing, and asset management. Prior to joining National Capital, Mr. Ahmad Nasrallah served as CEO, Head of Asset Management and other senior roles in investment companies licensed by the Capital Market Authority (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), London and Amman were he played a key role in the establishment and oversight of investment funds across diverse sectors including defence, technology, healthcare, and financing. Mr. Ahmad Nasrallah led cross-border transactions, fund formation, and regulatory initiatives, and currently serves on the boards of several Saudi based investment funds and is recognized for his track record in driving innovation, governance, and long-term value creation. Mr. Ahmad holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP University, a master’s in international marketing & management from the University of Surrey, and multiple professional certifications, including CME-1, International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CME-4) and Corporate Finance Technical Foundations (CME-5) from the Charted Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), CAIA Level 1 and CFA UK IMC.
