The Company was born from the heart of Najd and is headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. National Capital operates in accordance with the regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (“CMA”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and has been licensed by the CMA (License No. 19204-32) since 2019. National Capital journey began with a vision to establish a specialized capital market institution (“CMI”) that prioritizes integrity, excellence, and innovation in its operations; embodying the rich cultural heritage and noble values of the kingdom; and adhering to global best practices in the financial and investment sector.
