Mr. Khaled Ibrahim has approximately 15 years of professional and executive expertise in financial control and management, corporate governance, board affairs, financial strategies, and establishment of Capital Market Institutions (CMIs) to be licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Khaled participated in establishing functions such as accounting and finance, investment operations management, and administrative and support services in four (4) new CMIs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Mr. Khaled Ibrahim has held several positions, including Finance Manager, Secretary of the Investment Committee and a member of the Compliance Committee and he was also part of the REIT launch team, Chief Finance Officer, and Acting Head of Operations in previous investment companies licensed by the Capital Market Authority. Mr. Khaled Ibrahim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Finance from the European International University in France, a Bachelor of Accounting from Helwan University in Egypt, and several professional qualifications, including International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), International Auditing certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), CME-1 certification from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and he is a Certified Finance Manager from the Global Association for Quality Management (GAQM).
