SULFA Funds I, II, III

A series of Sharia compliant indirect financing funds designed to generate stable and periodic-returns through structured partnerships with SULFA, a licensed micro-lending company regulated by the Saudi Central Bank (“SAMA”). SULFA Funds aim for quarterly profit distributions by deploying capital into diversified pools of micro-loans originated and serviced by SULFA across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Tabasheer Private Credit Fund

Tabasheer Private Credi Financing Fund is a Sharia compliant direct financing fund targeting quarterly profit distributions by providing direct financing to qualified merchants, SMEs, and supply chain participants in the local market of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The fund leverages on Tabasheer’s digital infrastructure by using its technology to assess and manage a diversified portfolio of short- to medium-term credit exposures.

Single Unit Offering Tenor: 36 months (+ 6 + 6 months).
Target Annual Profit: 14% (Net of Fees).
Dividends Distribution: Quarterly.
